Agent Devil (played by Kalyan Ram) is a protagonist in Devil.
The protagonist, an undercover IPI officer initially investigating Vijaya's murder. He secretly works for Subhash Chandra Bose to infiltrate the IPI and expose the British mole, Agent Trojan. He protects the Indian National Army, orchestrates key events, and is ultimately revealed to be the mysterious Trivarna. He eliminates British threats and ensures Bose's safe return. A London-educated barrister and the landlord's niece who secretly operates as an Indian National Army agent. She decoded and transmitted crucial intelligence regarding Subhash Chandra Bose's landing, which triggers the central conspiracy. Captured and sentenced to death by the British, she is rescued by Devil and becomes a fugitive, ultimately outsmarting the traitor Samudra. Manimekala (played by Malavika Nair) appears in Devil.
An Indian National Congress leader and close associate of Bose. Initially believed by the British to be the mysterious informant Trivarna, she is handed over by Devil to General Bracken. A high-ranking British General overseeing intelligence operations in India. He tasks Agent Devil with tracking the INA informant and orders the execution of Nyshadha after decoding the intelligence.
