The Nutcracker's Gift
Clara refuses to sleep and receives a nutcracker doll from Uncle Drosselmeyer. That night, mice steal the doll, leading to a confrontation with the rat queen. The nutcracker miraculously comes alive to defend Clara before she falls unconscious.

Realm of Dolls and Mice
Clara enters a fever dream through a grandfather clock and discovers the Doll Kingdom. She learns about the war with Morphia and the curse placed on Princess Mary. Desperate for a solution, she seeks out the Queen of Time.

Quest for Salvation
The Queen of Time reveals the Nut of Darkness must be destroyed by a pure heart wielding the Sword of Pearl. Franz leads the doll army into battle, destroys the nut, and kills Morphia but is cursed into a nutcracker doll. Clara seeks the Watchmaker for a cure.

Awakening and Resolution
Clara dreams of a candy kingdom but wakes to find Gaar attacking the nutcracker. She shields Franz with her body, breaking the curse and destroying Gaar. She wakes in bed with Uncle Drosselmeyer, and Fritz arrives, leading to a happy ending.
