Plot Progression

1. Looking Up and Setting Out — A ball in the sky makes Minami notice how rarely she looks up since starting high school. She heads out with Haruka and Ayaka, hoping to make par on her third round.
2. The First Hole's Hard Lesson — Minami's first shot flies into a ravine, and she continues to struggle despite her friends' encouragement. Her eight-stroke finish contrasts with Haruka's par and Ayaka's bogey.
3. Finding Joy Between Shots — Photos and laughter keep the round enjoyable even as Minami compares her play with her friends'. Another slice prompts a lost-cause joke, but katsu-don helps her decide to continue.
4. The Shot She Imagined — At the final hole, Minami faces a demanding shot with a hundred yards remaining. With Haruka's encouragement, she pictures the swing she wants and sends her best shot close to the green.
5. A Missed Putt, Another Chance — Minami misses par when her hands shake, but she values the satisfying shot more than the score. The friends agree to return together, and Minami looks forward to trying again.
