Set at a time where entertainment like music, movies and novels are all banned. Mizuto and Tokio work at a factory making screws. Their lives are monotonous. One day, they discover a place where music has been preserved and they are attracted to music. They learn of “Sanoba Noizu” where music is performed secretly and dream of going there.
