Incompetent police officers accidentally compromise a surveillance operation through carelessness, leading to an unauthorized break-in that reveals unexpected case complications.
Docker and Dretzke are two police officers from Cologne. But the cases here in the precinct don't win them a flower pot at the CID. And so they find themselves at the bottom of the career ladder.
