A group of survivors battles autonomous trucks in an isolated Nevada town, only to discover that escape may be another trap.

Plot Progression

1. Driverless Terror Arrives — Lunar’s isolated setting is established before driverless trucks begin killing residents and trapping a truck driver. Hope and the tourists are drawn into the crisis after finding Phil’s body.
2. The Town Under Siege — Ray brings the group to the diner, but trucks surround the refuge. News reports connect the black cloud to a chemical accident, while further truck attacks spread through Lunar.
3. Traps Beneath The Town — The survivors are divided between the cabins and diner as trucks kill more people. Logan and Abby nearly suffocate in a drainpipe, and human violence adds another threat.
4. Fuel And Flight — After a deadly explosion, the survivors create an escape plan based on fuel and distraction. Jack dies saving Abby while Thad and Abby prepare to ride toward the military base.
5. A False Rescue — George’s gunfire and Ray’s rifle destroy the diner, allowing the survivors to reach a helicopter. The apparent rescue collapses when Ray discovers that the helicopter has no pilot.
