Story Analysis

A bounty hunter's simulated battlefield draws two local employees into a dangerous struggle to contain an alien threat and escape a failing Zone.

Plot Progression

1. The Zone Opens — Iria establishes a simulated town as a hunting ground. An electrical investigation brings Teppei and Kamiya into the operation, and an accidental switch sends Teppei into the Zone.
2. A Hunt Turns Dangerous — Kamiya is trapped while Teppei encounters the alien and its smaller creature. Iria's initial capture attempt fails when she discovers the alien is shielded from bullets.
3. The Capture Unravels — Iria captures the alien and frees Kamiya, but transporter trouble and an accidental shot free the prisoner again. Teppei and Kamiya briefly disable it, while its attempt to create a copy of Kamiya fai...
