Plot Progression

1. Signals Beyond The Town — A strange substance, a missing worker, and a failed cell tower disturb the remote town. Communication and power then collapse, leaving the residents isolated.
2. The Violence Spreads — Jo identifies deliberate damage while dead animals and mutilations reveal a worsening threat. Bill appears bloodied, and affected residents begin behaving violently.
3. A Demand For The Child — Jo and Samantha discover disappearances and confront Bill when he demands a child. They protect several children, restrain Bill, and hear his account of an uncontrollable force.
4. The Town Becomes A Prison — The survivors gather at the power station and prepare weapons and supplies. Attempts to escape reveal a dust barrier and a strange silver liquid that may not be terrestrial.
