Plot Progression

1. The War Calls — Egypt and Syria launch surprise attacks, and Ruso is called to Israeli reserve duty. He travels toward the Golan Heights to find his unit.
2. Stranded By The Road — Ruso cannot locate his reserve unit amid the wartime chaos and sleeps beside the road. The next morning, a doctor asks him for transportation to Ramat David.
3. Into The Rescue Team — After transporting the doctor to the air force base, Ruso volunteers for a first-aid rescue team. The team evacuates dead and wounded soldiers from the battlefield.
4. The Helicopter Mission — On October 10, Ruso's helicopter crew is sent to Syria for a covert operation. A missile strikes the helicopter, killing one co-pilot and injuring everyone aboard.
