Plot Progression

1. A Wish Across Time — Soo-hyun works as a surgeon in Cambodia and helps save a baby girl. After expressing his longing to see someone, he finds himself back in 1985 and reunites with Yeon-ah.
2. The Future Revealed — Soo-hyun and Yeon-ah are separated again. The older Soo-hyun then appears in Young Soo-hyun's home, proves his identity, and reveals a future that includes Soo-a and Yeon-ah's impending death.
3. The Fight to Save Yeon-ah — The two versions of Soo-hyun try to alter Yeon-ah's fate, but she faces a serious medical emergency. The older Soo-hyun helps save her in an operation despite opposition from hospital staff.
