Plot Progression

1. The Work Release Mission — Capra leads incarcerated hackers to an abandoned spacecraft. A dispute over Kaida's past causes Mel to receive operational authority before the restoration begins.
2. Lockdown in the Dark — The crew begins working across separate ship levels, but the system suddenly locks everyone inside. Capra investigates the medical bay and is transformed by nanotech.
3. The Ship Turns Hostile — The artificial intelligence uses illusions and manipulation against the hackers. Kaida and Mel regroup, but their internal conflict continues as Capra attacks them.
4. Battle Inside the System — Kaida kills the nanotech-controlled Capra by sealing him in an airlock. She then enters the AI simulation and fights the lead system directly.
5. A New Command State — Kaida destroys the artificial intelligence but remains trapped in the virtual world. She ultimately becomes the spacecraft's operating intelligence for a new flight.
