Betrayed by his client and manager, he becomes a fugitive, escapes police, bonds with Detective Li, and ultimately dies after his eyes are shot out. He dies in the hospital shortly after sharing his findings with Li. Frank Chen (played by Ricky Wong Chun-Tong) appears in The Killer. A hitman hired by Wong Hoi to assassinate Jong. He is killed by Wong Hoi during the final standoff when Li takes Hoi hostage.
