Plot Progression

1. Hostage Fire at PACAC — A terrorist attack at the anti-corruption convention places Judge Emma Pong in immediate danger. Luk kills King during the chaos, but the surviving network escapes and begins a larger investigation.
2. Trafficking in the Containers — Wong's photographs lead the ICAC to Kwong and the container terminals. The discovery of trafficked women, forged documents, and customs links reveals that the case reaches beyond a local smuggling ope...
3. The Syndicate Strikes Back — Investigators connect King and Siu to the trafficking network while Pong prepares to return to Hong Kong. An ambush confirms that the syndicate will use violence to stop the investigation.
4. Sacrifice and Betrayal — Luk confronts Siu, while Wong sacrifices himself to stop a suicide bomber. Tak Ming protects Fai Hung, whose confession exposes Kwong's role, as evidence also reveals Pong's corruption.
5. The Museum Explosion — The forum becomes a battlefield after Fai Hung is used as a bomb hostage. Luk and King fight at the Space Museum, where Luk sacrifices himself to save the others before the final explosion.
