Zinos Kazantsakis (played by Adam Bousdoukos) is a protagonist in Soul Kitchen.
Owner of Soul Kitchen, a struggling Hamburg restaurant. He hires his brother Ilias, rehires chef Shayn, and resists real estate developer Thomas Neumann's buyout offers. After losing the restaurant in a poker game to Neumann, he and Ilias attempt to steal the deed, fail, and get arrested. Zinos eventually wins the property back at auction with Nadine's loan and ends up romantically involved with Anna. Nadine Kruger (played by Pheline Roggan) appears in Soul Kitchen.
