The first instalment directed by Anurag Basu was released on 2 April 2004; the second instalment by Mohit Suri was released on 8 July 2011; and the third instalment by Vishesh Bhatt was released on 15 February 2013. The fourth instalment, set to be released on 17 July 2026, is currently under production.
