A process server and marijuana enthusiast who inadvertently witnesses a murder by drug lord Ted Jones and corrupt officer Carol Brazier. He flees with his dealer Saul Silver to escape the killers. Throughout the film, he navigates chaos, gets arrested, breaks up with his girlfriend Angie over the phone, and ultimately teams up with Saul and a wounded Red to rescue friends and survive a violent showdown at Ted lair.
