Ted other henchman who assists Budlofsky in torturing Red and locating the fugitives. At the lair, he kills Budlofsky for showing reluctance to murder Saul. He is eventually killed when Red drives a car through the barn to save Saul.
Matheson acts as Ted's primary muscle and enforcer throughout the film.
