A nine-year-old boy who moves to Scotland and befriends the young vampire Rudolph. After helping Rudolph resist a vampire hunter named Rookery, Tony assists the vampire clan in their quest for a magical amulet. He plays a pivotal role in locating the amulet, escaping the hunter, and successfully performing a ritual to turn the vampires human, ultimately reuniting with his friend later.
