The patriarch of the vampire clan and Rudolph's father. Initially distrustful of Tony, he reluctantly accepts the human boy's help after an attack by the vampire hunter Rookery. He leads the clan's quest for a magical amulet to become human and attempts a ritual, though the proceedings are interrupted by Rookery's return.
