The protagonist and a former Marine. After his daughter Kat is murdered by Danny Fetter and receives a light sentence, William takes vigilante action, killing Danny with a car and a softball bat. Surviving an assassination attempt, he arms himself with Dante's help, hunts down Donnie and Rory to exact revenge, and ultimately dies from his wounds after destroying the Fetter family.
