Son of kingpin Donnie and brother of Danny. He participates in the kidnapping and murder of Kat Duncan. After Danny's death, he relentlessly pursues William, eventually confronting him at a club following Donnie's murder. In their final brutal confrontation, William kills Rory with a screwdriver.
