Mance's young son who discovers a subterranean monster beneath the house. After being attacked and ignored by his father, he investigates the cellar, sets traps, and ultimately uses a flamethrower, electrical cables, and dynamite to confront and help destroy the creature, proving his sanity and saving his family.
