Homicidal drifter and main antagonist. Initially attacks Thomas in the desert but is overpowered and disarmed. He later discovers Thomas's identity, blackmails him for $200,000, and murders movie executive Norman to frame Thomas. Jack proposes a Russian roulette game, loads all chambers, but is ultimately shot dead by Thomas.
