A government agent stationed in Perfection alongside a colleague and Dr. Merliss. He enforces the endangered species classification on the worms, restricting the townspeople's hunting methods. During the pursuit of a live specimen, his team is ambushed by evolved forms. He survives the initial encounter but is later killed when a falling winged worm crashes into him, highlighting the escalating threat.
