The mad scientist behind the previous Tomato War, seeking revenge and world domination. He uses a music-linked transformation chamber to turn tomatoes into soldiers, weapons, and replicas. He kidnaps Tara, captures the heroes, and attempts to install Jim Richardson as U.S. President. He is ultimately captured and taken into custody.
