Nephew of Wilbur Finletter and employee at Finletter's Pizzeria. He teams up with his roommate Matt to thwart Professor Gangreen's plan. Chad discovers Tara's true nature, gets captured, and is nearly transformed into a tomato himself. He ultimately rescues Tara and rides off with her at the end.
