A cunning Japanese colonel who intercepts rebel communications and captures rebels. He captures and nearly executes Xiao Dongbei's father, then targets the rebel group. He kills Gu Qian Qian in retaliation before being killed by Xiao Dongbei, whose body is disposed of in acid.
