Cecil Howe is an astronaut whose spacecraft is forced to return to Earth. After crashing, he allies with Vinny and J.J., navigates a kangaroo court to save himself, frees the prisoners, and escapes with Vinny and J.J. He survives the final nuclear explosion while watching from a sailboat.
