A bumbling local police constable in Little Botham. He accidentally causes a collision involving a foreign woman, investigates a suspicious writer, and partners with Cannon to steal a painting to save their station. After discovering stolen artworks and chasing the mastermind in disguise, he ends up handcuffed to his partner and walking home.
