A clumsy police sergeant and Ball's partner. He shares Ball's investigations, accidentally finds stolen paintings on the beach, and mistakes a fake ambulance for a UFO. He gets handcuffed to Ball due to incompetence, chases the criminals, and ultimately walks home still bound together.
