Gloria's taxi dance hall boss who sexually assaults her and refuses to pay her. He sends henchmen to trap Gloria, orders the murder of Davey's manager, and kidnaps Gloria. He engages in a fatal axe fight with Davey in a mannequin warehouse and is ultimately killed.
