An adult orphan with a mental disability who claims unseen children live in the building. As a survivor of the 1946 batch, she reveals the children's location behind a bathroom mirror and guides Anna. After finding the remains, she begs Anna to stop. Later, she throws away her medication and sees Anna and the babies as spirits.
Anna and Judith develop a personal bond based on trust and emotional support.
Anna gains Judith's trust by befriending and calming her after the kittens are apparently drowned.
