A ruthless criminal and corrupt supplier who provides sub-standard medicines to the Indian Army. He was injured in a helicopter crash that also killed Pratap's father. Obsessed with retrieving a buried black box containing evidence of his crimes, he pursues the rescuers to the central station, where he is ultimately killed by Pratap.
