A military doctor and mother of Gunasekaran. She is unfairly blacklisted and arrested due to the sub-standard medicine scandal orchestrated by P.K. Roy. While under house arrest, she discovers Ashok's dying note and later commissions David to rescue her falsely imprisoned son. She also provides medical care to the pregnant Julie.
