The daughter of Algonquin guide Chomina. She travels with Laforgue and Daniel, eventually falling in love with Daniel. During captivity by the Mohawk Iroquois, she strategically seduces a guard to distract him, allowing the group to escape. She later helps bring the ailing Laforgue to the Huron settlement.
Chomina is Annuka's father and protector.
Daniel and Annuka develop a romantic bond during the trek.
