Tsui's jealous uncle and a disgruntled Triad lieutenant who orchestrates the assassination of his nephew to seize control. He conspires with Vincent to hijack the cocaine but is ultimately exposed by Ellie. After shooting Mother dead in a power struggle, he is fatally shot by Vincent.
