Former serial killer expert and toughman champion forced into retirement after a near-fatal case. Initially reluctant, he joins Detective Chuck Baker to investigate a masked serial killer targeting martial arts champions. He fights goons to protect his daughter, reunites with his ex-wife, and ultimately defeats the killer at an abandoned construction site to save his family.
