A masked martial arts expert equipped with steel-toed boots and steel fingers. He systematically hunts down fighting champions, including Eddie Cunningham and Dutch Schultz. After losing two fingers in an accident, he replaces them with steel. He kidnaps Ken O'Hara's family to force a final death match but is ultimately defeated.
