The protagonist prince who temporarily rules the kingdom. He wishes upon the Evening Star for grooms for his sisters, falls in love with her, and embarks on a perilous quest to rescue his sisters and win the Evening Star. He overcomes traps set by enemies with the help of his new brothers-in-law and finally marries the Evening Star.
