A high school student deeply infatuated with his lab partner, Simone. He initially relies on his friend Corey for advice but increasingly prioritizes Simone, even neglecting Corey to impress her. When Simone accepts a prom date from Tyler, Lucas is heartbroken. On prom night, he attempts to stop her from leaving but fails. He ultimately recognizes his poor friendship with Corey and generously gives him the concert tickets he originally wanted for himself.
