A charismatic black revolutionary leader who organizes a gun theft from a warehouse to prepare for racial conflict. After accidentally killing a security guard, he goes on the run. He seeks out Tank for help, acknowledges Tank's reluctance as stemming from a different era, but is ultimately shot dead by police.
