The nephew of Ray Donlan and a police officer who accidentally kills two teenagers on the George Washington Bridge. Donlan fakes his suicide and hides him in Garrison. After escaping an assassination attempt by his uncle, Babitch seeks refuge with Heflin. He is eventually captured by corrupt cops but ultimately rescued and delivered to internal affairs to help expose the corruption ring.
