Central protagonist and South Bronx heroin dealer selling the 'Empire' brand. After facilitating a rival's assassination and investing drug money with an investment banker, he attempts to go straight. When the banker absconds with his funds, Vic kills him and his girlfriend. He flees to Puerto Rico with his girlfriend and her family, only to be executed by the drug lord's brother as he awaits the birth of his child.
