A kidnapped scientist searched for by the US Navy alongside Ken and Jenny. He is taken to the underwater base, survives the naval assault, and possesses the knowledge to reverse the cyborg transformation procedure. He successfully restores both Ken and Jenny to their normal human states before they escape the facility.
