A photographer accompanying reporter Ken Abe to a torpedo test. She investigates strange occurrences, gets captured, and faces a graphic transformation process by Professor Moore. Surviving the interruption of the procedure, she is initially terrified of her altered appearance but is later restored to normal. She eagerly prepares to report her story and ends the film walking on the beach with Ken.
