A bookkeeper at Leo Morse's bank who is coerced into facilitating the merger with Tucker's operation. He initially contacts the police as an informant but is later approached by Wally to arrange a meeting with Bill Ficco. He is ultimately killed in a violent struggle orchestrated by Ficco's men.
