The loyal mascot of Boys Town who deeply admires Whitey Marsh. After Whitey's departure, Pee Wee attempts to reconcile by pleading for friendship. Tragically pushed aside and left wandering, he is struck by a car, an event that becomes the catalyst for Whitey's profound guilt and eventual return to the community.
