A radio commentator and segment host for Maia's news program. He is a vocal critic of Mayor Ventura Velasco and produces a documentary titled Lungsod ng Basag na Pangarap. Despite political pressure to pull the show, he assists Maia and Van Turko in escaping with a crucial confession. He is fatally shot by Boy Boga while shielding Maia and is later posthumously awarded Best Television Journalist.
