A syndicate member who contacts Van Turko during a hostage crisis. He invites Boy Boga to a meeting, which indirectly results in the arrest of Lala. He is later ambushed and killed by Van Turko's men using a grenade. His death deeply affects Lala, who attends his wake before being killed herself.
