The local law enforcement officer who arrests Chu Chu following the Ameses' false murder accusation. He pursues and recaptures Chu Chu after his emergency jailbreak to reach Nancy, and oversees the subsequent trial where Chu Chu is wrongfully convicted based on the Ameses' perjured testimony.
